Terms and Conditions

Pls, take time to read our terms and conditions. By booking with this site, you understand and agree with these terms.

Please read carefully!

  1. CLEAN as YOU GO (to prevent from being charge of cleaning fee)
  2. No pets of any kind is allowed within Wind Residences premises
  3. Strictly 4 pax (persons) limit per room according to SMDC Wind Residences admin.
  4. Unregistered guests or visitors can not go to any rooms within SMDC Wind Residences. They are only allowed to meet the registered guests in the condo lobby.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged based on the penalty set by the admin.
  6. Please do not throw anything on the toilet bowl (tissue, napkin, etc.) to prevent clogging and from being charge of service fee.
  7. Any loss or damages to property will be charged accordingly.
  8. Stained linens and furniture that cannot be removed by bleaches will be charged P500 to the guest.
  9. Lost keys will be charged P1,000.
  10. PAYMENT POLICY: ALL down payments are strictly non-refundable, no re-booking, and no cancellation.
  11. A security deposit of 1,000.00 PHP is required upon check-in. It is refundable upon checkout.
  12. Payment for in-door parking is strictly non-refundable, no re-booking, and no cancellation.
  13. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: 2:00 PM Check-in. 12:00 PM Checkout. 22hours stay.
  14. The Check-in time window is 2 pm to 6 pm. If guests check-in after 6 pm. There will be an extra charge of Php 200
  15. Additional Php 200 per hour in exceed of the checkout time.
  16. Extension of stay is subject to room availability and additional charges.
  17. We reserve the right to cancel and refund ANY bookings especially if unit owners requested us to do so.
