REQUIREMENTS?

Answer: Health Declaration Form, Valid ID’s, Face Mask/Shield, and Temperature Check

DO WE NEED HEALTH CERTIFICATE?

Answer: NO LONGER REQUIRED.

ARE KIDS/SENIORS ALLOWED?

Answer: Starting January 5, 2021 any person below fifteen (15) years old and those who are over sixty-five (65) years old will not be allowed entry to the property according to the IATF Rules.

WHAT IF WE ARE MORE THAN 4 PERSONS?

Answer: The SMDC admin strictly enforces 4 persons per room limit (including children as a count). If you are more than 4 persons, you need to avail of multiple rooms. We have other cheaper options, just kindly advise us.

ARE MEALS OR BREAKFAST INCLUDED?

Answer: No meals or food included. The concept here is DIY (Do-It-Yourself). Everything is permitted, including full cooking. The idea is like having your own functional room in Tagaytay.

DO YOU ACCEPT WITHOUT RESERVATION/DP FEE?

Answer: No (DP)down payment, no reservation.

PAYMENT POLICY:

ALL down payments are non-refundable and can only be rebooked subject to room availability. Additional charges shall apply only for those upgrading from cheaper rooms to higher-priced rooms.1k PHP is required as a security deposit upon check-in. It is refundable upon checkout.

2:00 PM Check-in 12:00 PM Checkout -22hoursExtension of stay is subject to room availability and additional charges.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer, GCash or Paymaya. We do not accept credit cards.

PARKING

  • Indoor Basement Parking –Php 200-300 unlimited entry and exit for 1-day
  • Commercial Parking -regular rate is Php 40 first 3 hours, succeeding Php 20 per hour for car, and Php 10 for motorcycle.

SURPRISE SET-UP (Birthdays or Anniversaries)

Yes, we do accept surprise set-up for a separate fee. Please tell us your plan, and we will quote accordingly.

AMENITIES:

Indoor and outdoor pools are available at the Clubhouse for a fee of Php 150 on weekends and weekdays, Php 300 on Holidays. Open from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. (Temporary closed except tennis court)
